Accidentally spilling water on some old photographs is "sad, but..."
There is no "but" when it comes to crashing a fully fueled airplane into an occupied office building because you're pissed about your taxes and feel that things don't change "unless there's a body count."
While I disagree with Yglesias' framing of King's comment as an explicit "justification" of domestic terrorism, his ghoulish minimization of this lunatic's disregard for human life in the interests of taking a shot an the IRS and pandering to the anti-tax Teabaggers out there is reprehensible, regardless.
